Offering Solutions for Many Directions in Your Life

Self-Worth

How we view or feel about ourselves impacts our attitudes and actions.

Relationships

We have a motivational need for relationships and affiliation.

Work

Work is central in our lives. It presents a myriad of challenges and also opportunities.

Emotions

The psychology and neuroscience of emotion is shifting away from the belief that emotions are automatic.

Conflict Resolution

Conflict is part of life. We are frequently conflicted in our own hearts and minds, and also find ourselves in conflict with others.

Executive & Leadership

Business activities, even those involving numbers or proudly relying on logical analysis, most always involve people.

“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them – that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.”
